  This Agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the Harju County Court, Estonia.
• Miscellaneous

Any prior agreements or representations, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement to any third party without our prior written consent. CryptoCalendar © reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any affiliate or third party. Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
