Neiro DAO voting deadline

There are 3 options on how the Neiro developers will allocate the recent 75M donation from Cocoro:

1) The multisig will airdrop 100% of the 75M $Cocoro tokens to Neiro holders ('Airdrop')

2) The multisig keeps 100% of the 75M $Cocoro tokens, and uses them as needed for developing the project and/or charitable initiatives ('Keep as budget')

3) A combination of the above, with some of the tokens being airdropped to Neiro holders, and some being kept by the multisig ('Mix of the above')

Depending on the option that passes, there may be a follow-up vote that will decide on specifics.
